As a reminder, starting Tuesday, September 8, our loyalty program will resume its previous structure.

If you have questions about our new loyalty program that gives all members 10% off, please refer to the FAQ’s below. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] should you have any other concerns.

Q: Why did you decide to offer this 10% off loyalty perk?
A: The answer to this question is quite long to fit into one sentence. So please refer to this letter from our CEO, Denyelle Bruno, explaining why we've decided to offer our loyal rewards members this benefit.

Q: Do I get to keep my points and can I still earn points?
A: Your current points will remain the same and you can still earn points on your orders.

Q: Will I still get loyalty rewards?
A: All the previous Fan, Friend and Family rewards will be paused during this time.

Q: Can I use the 10% off discount with other rewards?
A: If you have rewards that have not expired, you can still use them but not in addition to the 10% off discount.

Q: How do I use the 10% off discount?
A: You can use the 10% off discount like other offers. When you make a purchase on tendergreens.com, on the Tender Greens app or at Tender Greens locations use the designated QR barcode in the Rewards app section.

Q: Who qualifies for the reusable 10% off offer?
A: Only Tender Greens loyalty members.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum spend required to use this discount?
A: There is no minimum or maximum spend. You can use it however you like!

Q: When will the original loyalty program structure resume?
A: Our original loyalty program structure will resume September 8, 2020.

Q: Why are we reverting back to the regular loyalty program?
A: Because we want to give our guests the opportunity to once again, earn points to redeem perks like free food, drinks and swag. You can read the letter from our CEO here.

Q: Will I still be able to get 10% off my orders after September 7, 2020?
A: Guests who are at Family Level will continue to get 10% off their orders by redeeming their 10% off reward that they earned. Fan and Friend level guests will no longer have this perk.

Q: Where can Family level guests access their 10% off reward?
A: Family level guest can find their 10% rewards in the rewards section of their app.

Q: What is the regular Loyalty Program and where can I find more information about it?
A: You can find more information about our Loyalty Program by going to our FAQ page and select “Loyalty Program” on the left hand side of the page.

Q: Can I backtrack all the perks at my current level?
A: No, you are only able to earn perks at current point level but not backtrack any offers that have passed.
