Savor Our Spring Harvest

What's the secret to having the best Spring harvest? Working with the best local growers and partners around!
This is why we get so excited for what the season has in store and Spring, especially, is filled with colorful and sweet fruits and vegetables.
We chose to use some sweet strawberries from Tamai Family Farms. They are a fourth generation farming family in Oxnard, CA whose goal is to provide the safest and healthiest fruits and vegetables around.
For some brightness, we also brought in some citrus, blood oranges and cara cara oranges, to be exact, from Ripe To You. We like to think of them as the master citrus growers. With 130 acres of specialty citrus that includes 14 different varieties of mandarins, 11 varieties of oranges, 6 varieties of limes, and 5 varieties of lemons and grapefruit - how can you not.
Finally, the cheese on this one is a show stopper. We chose Cypress Grove's Midnight Moon aged goat cheese, which is nutty and brown buttery up front with a long caramel finish. The cheese is an experience on its own, but having it with the salad is just 🧑🏽🍳😙🤌🏽

This is a dish where we love to let the ingredients shine. To do that, we need vegetables that are at their peak ripeness and no one does that better than Weiser Family Farms.
