Starting November 17, 2025, loyalty points will expire 365 days after they’re earned. To align with this update, any unused points from check-ins made over the past year will now expire on November 17, 2026, giving you a full year from launch to use them.

Open the TenderRewards™ app, click ‘More’ in the bottom right corner, and click ‘Account History’. Here you will be able to view points earned and reward activity. Your points will show up immediately after purchase. Please note: You will not earn points on gift card sales or orders placed through third parties delivery platforms.

Once you enter a new points threshold and unlock new rewards, those rewards will expire in 365 days. Other rewards that are granted as surprises through the year will have varying expiration dates.

Go to the ‘Rewards’ tab of the TenderRewards™ app. For dine-in orders, Click ‘redeem’ and select the reward you’d like to apply to your order. Scan the QR code that appears at the register. For online orders, add your order to your cart, including the item in the reward you wish to redeem. At checkout, under available offers click ‘redeem’ and select the reward you’d like to apply to your order.

You told us what you wanted, and we took it to heart! Now you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent, with more ways to use your points on the items you love, like drinks, sides, and signature plates.

At this time, we do not offer TenderRewards™ points on catering orders.
