All of our produce is thoughtfully sourced from farmers that we know and trust. Explore our variety of fresh summer produce from grilled corn, mini sweet peppers, and french green beans to summer squash and green zucchini.




Corn is a nutritious vegetable that contains many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is great for digestion because it is high in insoluble fiber, which helps prevent constipation and also feeds good bacteria to the gut. Corn is cholesterol-free and contains fiber, which can help lower cholesterol levels and benefit heart health. It is also an excellent source of antioxidants that contribute to eye health.



Mini sweet peppers


Mini sweet peppers have many health benefits, such as: low sodium, which help reduce the risk of high blood pressure. It is high in vitamins A and C, and has no saturated fat or cholesterol – reducing the risk of heart disease. Mini sweet peppers also act as a food source for good bacteria and can help you feel full longer.


SUMMER SQUASH & green zucchini



Summer squash, also known as squash or yellow squash, has many health benefits. It’s high in vitamins A, B6, and C, as well as folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and potassium. The rinds are rich in beta-carotene, which can help with eye health. Vitamin B6 helps maintain skin health and red blood cells, and helps metabolize protein. Folate produces red blood cells, and may reduce a woman’s risk of having a baby with a certain brain or spinal cord birth defect. Manganese helps the body process fats, carbohydrates, and glucose, and may also boost bone strength.

Zucchini, a summer squash, is low in calories and high in nutrients, including fiber, potassium, vitamin A, and antioxidants. It may have many health benefits, such as: improved heart health, strengthened vision, contribution to weight loss, protects skin from UV rays and pollution, great for bone strength, prevents cancer and diabetes.



French Green Beans


French green beans – also known as “haricots verts” have many health benefits, including: heart health, cancer prevention, bone health, diabetes control, digestive health, pregnancy, and iron. A cup of french beans provides about 10% of daily folic acid, which can help protect the fetus against neural tube defects. High fiber content can help with digestion and reduce stress on the intestinal tract, keep your digestive system healthy and regular, and slow down carbohydrate metabolism, preventing blood sugar levels from rising.





Watermelon is a healthy fruit that contains many nutrients, including water, fiber, potassium, vitamin C, lycopene, and citrulline. Watermelon is 92% water, which can help regulate body temperature, lubricate joints, and support healthy digestion. It contains lycopene, an antioxidant that can help reduce bad cholesterol levels in the blood, which may prevent heart disease and strokes. It also helps your body make collagen, which can heal wounds, keep skin supple, and strengthen hair. It also helps block some of the damage that environmental pollutants and ultraviolet light cause.





Blackberries are rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, antioxidants, and fiber. Vitamin C helps the body develop resistance to infections and inflammation and Vitamin K is important for blood clotting and bone health. It contains Anthocyanins which promote arterial flow and regulate blood pressure, which can reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, or hypertension.
