I started as a dishwasher, worked up to sous chef and now Executive Chef. I make an incredible braised beef. It's just like me - slow cooked, dark, handsome, tender and flavorful.

Urban Patio Oasis

Dine on our patio mini-farm surrounded by LA Urban Farms vertical aeroponic towers. Produce for our restaurant is grown using up to 90% less water than conventional farming. Neat!
